Series Production of iPhone 8's A11 Chip Started!

According to a new report, Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) has begun mass production of HiSilicon's Kirin 970 series GPU chip as well as Apple's 10nm A11 chip.

Designed to be used in Apple's upcoming iPhone models, the mass production of these chips seems to lie at the start of a series of reports detailing that iPhone 8 may be delayed until late October or early November.Sponsor ads:
